In 2011 Peronel was presented with The Frank Herring Award by the President of the RI for an “outstanding watercolour”.

Peronel
She spends as much time as she can out walking in the countryside or by the sea, watching the light, how it changes, moves and alters her surroundings.
Her inspiration is the work of Creator God and the passion to express and communicate her response to the land sea and sky environment that makes the heart sing.
Peronel’s aim is for the viewer to bring their own experiences, their own imagination to a painting so that each viewing is an emotion, and pleasure that will shift and change just as light shifts and changes.
Peronel’s work and commissions are in private collections in UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and South Africa.
